Environment

* OS:windows 10
* Unity version:2021.3.15
* Graphics API:DirectX12
* Browser:chorme Version 123.0.6312.107

Steps To Reproduce

1.run websever.exe on winbdows server;
2.run unity apllication on winbdows server;
3.open browser and endter the render stream IP;
4.Everything is fine now；
5.refresh browser frequently ，There is a certain probability of chaotic screen，like this；

Current Behavior

chaotic screen
blurred

Expected Behavior

normal screen
normal
