Hi @MechEng70 ,
I'm awaiting firmware changes to make this possible from within the app. Most of the Z-Wave focus is now ZMatter so I don't have a timeline.

Any update? The lack of user management is a serious restriction for door locks.

Not sure your setup, I use HA and am able to program the locks via HA App.
