I have some projects in which I use meteor-rxjs.
Last update I did I remember I had to stick to angular 7, because of imcompatibility of meteor-rxjs with rxjs version 6.4 and up.

Does anyone have plans to look into this? I have some serious applications running with meteor-rxjs and I am willing to take part in the maintenance.

The point is that I see a lot of different branches and no new releases (on github) since version 0.4.8

Npm version that I use is 0.4.14 and it is unclear to me on which branch that version is based.

Is there someone with time and knowledge to help met get into this library to help it keep up to date with the latest meteor, angular and rxjs versions?

No answer so far.

Does than mean that there is no active maintainer at this moment for this repository?

@Urigo Any updates on this?

I really would like to use Ionic 5 which uses angular 8+.

Same question as @JanvanCasteren on package maintainer. The NPMJS latest release of 0.4.14 is now 2 years old and that release now has multiple incompatibilities with other libraries, as this and other open issues document. If there were Contribution Guidelines and knowledgeable reviewers, I'd be happy to contribute small fixes to keep the library current. As it is, however, there's a large backlog of pull requests and the build tooling is out of date with Angular library standards. I'm hoping @Urigo, @ardatan, @dotansimha will clarify the state of this library.

Here's his current state of the project, he dm'd back on twitter.

Hi Graham, I'm sorry but I've stopped using meteor in production.... A couple of options to revive the library would be: 1. I'm open for contributions, adding maintainers and even handing over the library 2. Paid support - working with you on your codebase to fix and update everything I'm trying to support only things that The Guild or our clients are actually using in production, so I hope that maybe you can help us use it in production :)
