Describe your issue

The feature should be, I believe, user mouse hover on the name label, like VHHH_APP, the website shows a menu to choose controller should be show, and once left click, show the controller's detail on right side.
Sometime, no metter how I move my mouse hover the name label, the menu will not show, click either. And the cursur not change to Hand also.

Reproduction steps

Randomly hover the name label of any approach sector, it would occur probabilistically.
