Multi-Scale Testing Support #19

When will the multi-scale testing support be added? I tried multi-scale testing like below:

Stack detections from all scales: all_dets = [det_scale1, det_scale2, ...]
Run NMS on the stacked detections

Unfortunately, this is not working even though it is fine on a single scale. Any help regarding this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
