In the step of "enter IoT Central Resource Name",
if I don't enter any words and press enter directly. it will get crash
if I enter the words "czgtestiotcentral" which is already existing, it will deploy a long time and don't get any messge.

step:
• Azure Login with Device Code
• Select Azure Subscription
• Create a Resource Group
• Create an Azure IoT Central service
Please enter IoT Central Resource Name:
here I don't enter any words and press enter directly.
Can we give user a message instead of get crash.
