Unexpected behavior in build logging

[baxpr]

ABCD project has a currently running build being logged at
<logdir>/20220722/build_ABCD_20220722-083117.log
This build apparently actually started the day after the file is timestamped, based on first log entry at 2022-07-23 12:32:10.

Meanwhile there is another build log that is timestamped after that one's filename but before its first entry:
<logdir>/20220722/build_ABCD_20220722-233152.log
It has entries stamped between 2022-07-22 23:36:06 and 2022-07-22 23:37:33

Doesn't seem critical but is certainly confusing.
