Cannot compile I2C example with config edit (PlatformIO)

Hello, the I2C menu example fails to compile.

I have,

• installed LiquidCrystal_I2C v1.1.4 (https://github.com/johnrickman/LiquidCrystal_I2C)
• verified that LiquidCrystal_I2C appears to be installed okay; I can compile code with it just fine by itself.
• edited LiquidMenu_config.h to the following:
