Updated the RPC to be support discord-rpc V2.1.0.

  • Added Discriminator(#1234) to JoinRequestCallback.

Also added a new dependency from a new repository, containing original discord-rpc binaries.

The Library is now able to dispatch a temporary .so file that can be loaded by the UNIX-based OS.

Yep, it's done! The first release is finally ready to be used.

A few things have to be tweaked and polished, but it works for now.

IMPORTANT:
Since there is only a Windows Dynamic Library available as for now, it only works on Windows OS.
