Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to only get notifications for some of the feeds and not for others.

For example. I subscribe to several security blogs which only post when action needs to be taken right away. I also subscribe to general news and entertainment blogs. I would like to only get notifications about the feeds that require action right away and leave the news and entertainment subscriptions for browsing at will.

Describe the solution you would like
I would like for notification settings to be more granular --maybe have it be a setting in the subscription. Not everything needs to show up in the menu-bar unread counter or cause a growl notification.

Describe alternatives you have considered
I could use this program only for high importance feeds and use another RSS reader for the more casual RSS feeds.
