It never "crashed" in that it was working perfectly for months before this (upgraded to this new Mac in December, zero issues until yesterday). I mean, I love it.

Then upon a system restart, Vienna did not open back up. And now when I click to open Vienna, the app bounces as if to begin "opening" then stops. Click again, bounces once as if to open, then stops. So unfortunately I cannot even get the program to open.

Can you try each of these?

  1. Delete these directories (or move them to the desktop temporarily) and try opening Vienna again
    /Users/<user>/Library/Caches/uk.co.opencommunity.vienna2
    /Users/<user>/Library/Saved Application State/uk.co.opencommunity.vienna2.savedState
  2. Move the following directory to the desktop and try opening Vienna again (it will create a new database)
    /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Vienna

Please also open the Console, click on start streaming and enter process:Vienna message type:error message type:fault in the search field before starting Vienna and look for any error messages.
