How to Get Rid of Highlight.js?

As you can see here, highlightjs adds about half a megabyte to the bundle when vue-simple-markdown is used.

Would be great if there’d be a second build without it, or if the highlight library would need to be injected into it by the user explicitly.

+1 for this. I am not actually using any code/syntax highlighting so ideally I would be able to dump Highlight.js. it's currently tripling the size of my vendor bundle... :(
