Status Panel does not change the colour as per the given thresholds i.e: critical/warning

Hi Team,

I am trying to configure status panel for some of my servers using Prometheus as data source. But I observed that even if the value fetched by metrics is more than the threshold value specified in the panel, still the colour of the panel does not change red and remains green. Could anyone help me with that??

Also is there any documentation for the implementation of the status panel in Grafana to work??
