I am not sure if there is a solid single video that talks addresses these issues, but here's my issue with this:
If you're running ABS prints with the door closed and the inside of the box being at at least 60c, this is no longer "light oil for room temperature environment". Grease meant for higher temperatures is needed now. Or at least grease and not oil, because if you're switching between PLA and ABS, you'd need something for both temperature ranges.
