Linear rail lubrication for Voron 2

So the official linked video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYvhYjkBFTY) has 2 issues that don't work well with Voron 2:

1. He talks how this is not a high temperature environment (meaning room temperature printing)
2. He tightly packs bearings with grease

I am not sure if there is a solid single video that talks addresses these issues, but here's my issue with this:

1. If you're running ABS prints with the door closed and the inside of the box being at at least 60c, this is no longer "light oil for room temperature environment". Grease meant for higher temperatures is needed now. Or at least grease and not oil, because if you're switching between PLA and ABS, you'd need something for both temperature ranges.
2. Loose bearing situations are not to be packed. Bearings with retainers should be packed - explanation:

I understand that this is getting close to perfectionism, but your manual is the gold standard for all Voron 2 kit assemblies.
