[Task] Migrate to VueTubeApp/VueTube-Extractor upon stable release

The current extractor employed by VueTube is inconsistent, highly unreadable, and hard to maintain. VueTube Extractor is currently under development and will replace the current Inntertube.js file as the API wrapper for VueTube completely.

As a result of this, Innertube.js will not be receiving any new feature additions or refactors except for fixes to significant bugs. Any contributor looking to improve the back end should contribute to the typescript-based VueTube Extractor instead.
