Steps to reproduce

1. play a video
2. see yourself

• even changing quality doesn't do anything.

Expected behavior

videos playing normally and everything else loading as they should

Actual behavior

"videos play and stop, then play and stop, play and stop, play and stop, play and stop, play and stop, play and stop, play and stop…

i had to lower quality because of github's size limit.

as you see, on the start:

• video plays with only audio and no pictures as there's no fps. > i had to pause and play to fix, however i couldve.
• then the loading… it plays and loads, and this goes on(slow loading/small buffers) > like there's low fps.

today i played without private dns, so, when opened the issue it was worse than today's. changing quality almost fixed it today (“without private dns”) but it didn't before.

it's not my internet's problem. it's by itself slow loading and some video playback bug(s).

i can confirm it's loading issue. it doesn't complete even a second it has to load again for next one second then again…

Is another video having problems? Perhaps the problem is in the codec (avc or vp9). Try with another video where 1080p quality (for example 1080p) has vp9 and avc codec and tell us about the result.
Yes, problem exist. It can be fixed in next updates.
