There is seemingly no support for arm32 based developement containers.

List:
https://containers.dev/templates

E.g. Debian:
https://github.com/devcontainers/images/tree/main/src/base-debian

Test:
docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/base:bullseye

admin@EC752-492524:~ docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/base:bullseye
