Incubation status?

Just checking the status of this incubation as there seems to have been little activity in the last few years.

Checking if it has stalled and if it should be archived?

I fail to find a ChromeStatus entry for this API. @bmathwig, could you create one (or if it exists, point me at it)? Thanks!

(Update: The Chromium bug likewise has no pointer to a ChromeStatus entry.)

I believe this was Delegated ink trail, which does not look like it was kept up-to-date/in-sync with the bug. I've invited @sahirv to this repository as he is the current owner of the bug/feature (I no longer work on Edge/Chromium).

We've restarted work in delegated ink recently, so I'll be updating the crbug and Chromestatus entry with new information as it's available.
