Tickets as sent by email and orders viewed through the "My Events" are very nondescriptive. For example, for the Alumni BBQ event, the ticket is only described as "Alumnus Registration". I would at least expect the name of the actual event ("Alumni BBQ") to be included, not just the ticket type.
