Allow for arbitrary polling interval which could be

n polls, randomly, during x time

A way to develop this might be un-published checks in sensu, with a daemon on the sensu server that calls the api to fire off the manual checks.

Gist here is to be able to mix frequent vs non-frequent polls, or add some randomness to the poll cycles.
