Add framework 2.0 64bit to winetricks

Please, I have a wine 64bit installation and i can´t install framework 32bit 
in winetricks. Can you add 64bit to winetricks?

I took a look at this today, got a patch that 'works', but the installed_file 
check stuff will need some work...if you don't touch that, it fails because the 
32-bit install.exe is not there. When I try using | to specify both files, or 
if I use installed_64file1 like in the attached patch, it fails with:

remove_mono install completed, but installed file 
/home/austin/.wine/dosdevices/c:/windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework64/v2.0.50727/Mi
crosoft .NET Framework 2.0 (x64)/install.exe not found

but remove_mono has no installed_file checks, it's being called from 
load_dotnet20(), so there's a bug in that somewhere.

@Dan, would you mind digging into that? I won't have time for a few days, at 
the earliest.

It did not. It can't currently, as it's broken/can't really be tested (it's an outstanding wine bug).

https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24196 was fixed in 1.7.2 (a long time ago), this needs to be rechecked.

@austin987 We still need this. I had to install .NET 2.0 from http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/3/f/a3f1bf98-18f3-4036-9b68-8e6de530ce0a/NetFx64.exe for ValveSoftware/Proton#17.

@austin987 Any chance of that getting merged? It would help to make some games (e.g. The Sims 3) usable in a 64bit prefix.

and 64-bit dotnet20 installs and runs applications (like Sims 3 launcher) just fine.
