Writing Flow: Hitting Enter creates a new block at the beginning of a container block instead of after the current block.

Description

Generally blocks that are not textual (images for instance) have a specific behavior that allows you to hit "Enter" when the block is selected to create a new block right after it.

That behavior is not working properly when the selected block is inside a container block (group for instance), while it works properly if the block is at the root level of the editor.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Insert an image block
2. Group the image block to move it inside a group
3. Click the image block placeholder
4. Hit "Enter"
5. A new block is created before the image placeholder, or more exactly, it's created at the beginning of the container block. (it should be created after)
