Post Author Name: Style isn't applied to byline

Description

When changing the font size of the Author Name, this is getting ignored by the byline.
My expectation was that the settings are getting applied to everything in the block.

Related, but the opposite (aka styles are only applied to the byline): #53561

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Set the font size of the post author block globally.
2. See if it applies to the byline. For me it doesn't.

Sorry, missed that I was using a paragraph block (that said "by") because the Author Name Block does not supports a prefix yet. 🤦

Also, the Author Block with the byline is getting depreciated anyway. #53427
