Data views: Posts page experience is buggy

To replicate, in reading settings:

1. Set a static homepage
2. Assign a page to serve as the 'posts page'

Then observe the following issues in the Pages data view:

1. If you select the posts page you're taken to an edit view that doesn't match the frontend. This is essentially When editing the page_for_posts page the canvas should match the front end #29821.
2. In List layout, if you click the 'Details' button you're taken to a panel with incorrect details. Specifically that panel states the wrong template.

Ideally we install the same behavior from the current pages list where users are taken to the associated template on selection.

The details button has been removed from List layout, so this is no longer applicable.
