Font Library: Improve default fonts collection naming and description

What problem does this address?

We should improve the title and description for the default fonts collection bundled with the Font Library. For example, we can rename the collection so it doesn't reference a specific provider to make it easier to switch providers. We should also improve the description of the current default font collection, to make it more clear that fonts are not hosted by a third party and possibly mention performance implications between hosting locally vs remotely.

Both of these changes would happen in font-library/font-library.php.

What is your proposed solution?

• Rename the default font collection from "Google Fonts" to "Default Font Collection"
• Improve the default collection description

It looks like we decided to be more explicit about the default font provider, and kept Google Fonts in the name: #58331. So this can be closed.
