Invisible cloud layer when inside clouds

A layer of invisible cloud can be seen whenever I'm inside the clouds.

this is expected, it's a problem i am working to solve.
fun fact about that, it's happened since the start of bliss. hell, even before bliss. chocapic v9 has the same issue, but instead of being a hole, it turns the clouds inside out.
