Current Behavior

Link is poorly visible: https://www.oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.

Expected Behavior

Link is well displayed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/b1f3c5115d/
2. Click on "Privacy Policy" link
3. Сheck the link in "SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS" section
