Eraserhead rework/Copier ability

Description of the issue:
When you get the ability, you get a crafting recipe. The crafting recipe is arrow and glowstone dust, shapeless. The item is called Thief's Arrow, if you shoot a player with it they get blinded for 5 seconds, and you are able to use their abilities for 20-30 seconds. The arrow makes it less OP as you have to aim well, and it could not only be useful in combat, for example Sorcerer is on heavy cooldown, you shoot them and they throw the book, thus you're able to save both of you.

Hi, I disagree with you on the idea that making it require a special arrow would make it less overpowered. Bows are ranged weapons and would allow you to copy someone without putting yourself at risk. I propose either having to punch them, or use some sort of special item like a needle to transform that you have to craft and is consumed after you transform.
