Surfacebook 3 hot plug keyboard

Hi,

First off thank you so much for this kext, it's amazing. I was testing out hotplugging on the SB3 and after reconnecting, the mouse and keyboard will not work again until it's restarted. However, when reconnected the usb ports are functioning.
I'm running Sonoma so I don't know if that's the issue or if it's something else.

I can confirm this issue on my Surface Book 3 with BigSurface v6.5 down to v6.2, even with the UEFI firmware downgraded to the last known working version 13.101.140.0 as described here in order to fix the skipping/lagging trackpad.
