replace all the xpra logos

The ones we have were made by tweaking the X.org one, we should use our own one.

Here are the main ones we need:

• the background shown in the macosx PKG installer
• MacOS icons: will need 512x512 and 512x512@x2 for Optimizing for High Resolution
• xpra.png the main one, shown in various places
• xpra-logo.bmp the MS Windows installer
• xpra.bmp MS Windows installer small version
• xpra.ico MS Windows ICO version, which needs to have various sizes for the system tray - MS Windows ICO version, which needs to have various sizes for the system tray, as low as 16x16, see What is the size of the icons in the system tray? - (the smaller versions may look substantially different)
• xpra_txt.ico icon for text commands (maybe just clean it up a bit?)
• favicon.png web shortcut icon (forgot to change the colour on this one!)
• favicon.ico web shortcut icon in ICO format
• xpra-logo.png shown in the HTML5 client

This should help understand where each image fits:

MacOS:

This shows a corner of the desktop with the 2 types of installer files macosx users can download (DMG and PKG) and after clicking on the DMG icon, the "xpra with disk" icon shows up and the contents window shows the main icon (people are expected to drag it to the "Applications" folder): osx-dmg.png

After trying to use the large draft icons above for the system tray, I quickly came to the realisation that the icon needs to be simplified a lot more to look half decent at system tray sizes.
We are going to target win7 and later so 32x32 may be the smallest for win32 platforms, but X11 systrays can be smaller. (and on OSX, the dock is much bigger!)

Since the design of [/attachment/ticket/1342/logo10.png no 10] was the most popular, here are some 32x32 variations on that theme (downscaled quickly using gimp, could probably be made more legible):

I quite like Xpra06.png
But maybe the lines underneath need to be bigger or sharper, because otherwise they're barely visible.

We could tie this with #401 and use the lines to show the state of the connection, in the same way that wifi / cellular network bars show it.
