Setting imdb.site=de causes YAMJ not to scrape writers

What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. writers are not scraped

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version/revision of YAMJ are you using? On what operating system?

This issue was updated by revision r2879.

Fixed scrape writers from oldstyle pages (imdb.site=de). Corrected limitation on newstyle pages.
