Seperate internet plugins from dependencies to IMDB plugin

At the moment most of the internet plugins for movies,TV shows and person
extend the IMDB plugin.

Often the IMDB plugin will be used as fallback or for scraping values.
This should be seperated so that each internet plugin can stand alone,
without reference to other plugins are using that scraping mechanism.

For this enhancement also the issue 2604 must be regarded in order to
have the possibility do set additional plugins, if the original plugin does not scrape all values.

i saw in the r3607 update some change with default plugin name, like com.moviejukebox.plugin.database.ImdbPlugin in place of com.moviejukebox.plugin.ImdbPlugin, same thing with Thetvdb

does both name still the same and available ?

Could you also update the wiki plugin according with.
