See the thread at\n  https://gitlab.com/YottaDB/DB/YDBDoc/-/merge_requests/747#note_1900462667 for more details.\n\n* Basically, different sections with the same name ended up causing a duplicate reference\n  and so Sphinx assigned the first of those references the section header name and the\n  others a numbered link (instead of a named link).\n\n* He talks about how there were 3 sections with the name `-DBG` and the second and third\n  sections ended up getting an automatically assigned link (`#id6` and `#id65` respectively)\n  whereas the first section got the link `#dbg`.\n\n* The same post talks about how to identify all such `Duplicate` target names. But that\n  involves making changes to `conf.py` in all the directories like `AdminOpsGuide` etc.\n\n* After some time experimenting with it, I realized that there is a much easier way to identify\n  exactly what #397 seeks to fix.\n\n* And that is to do a `make html` (without changing `conf.py` or any other changes to the YDBDoc\n  project) and then check all `index.html` files (there will be on under each subdirectory in\n  the `YDBDoc` project like `AdminOpsGuide`, `ProgGuide` etc.).\n\n* We need to search for `href` lines where there are patterns like `#id1`, `#id2` etc.\n  Basically `#id` followed by an arbitrary number. All those are automatically generated numbered\n  links and need to be fixed.\n\n* With this technique I identified that there are a total of 237 numbered links that needed fixing.\n  - 229 of them were in the YDBDoc project\n  - 8 of them were in the YDBOcto project\n\n* The YDBOcto project issues will be fixed in a separate commit there.\n\nFix\n---\n* This commit takes care of fixing the 229 numbered links in the YDBDoc project.\n\n* The fix is to take each reported numbered link and prefix that corresponding section with an\n  explicit/manual tag/label/reference.\n\n* For example a section `-REGION` under the `AdminOpsGuide/dbmgmt.rst` that ended up getting a\n  numbered link had a `.. _extract-region:` line added before it. This will cause Sphinx to\n  use this manual reference `extract-region` in the name for this section in the generated html.\n  So instead of `href=\"#id65\"` (for example), it would instead end up being `href=\"#extract-region\"`.\n\n* This is the fix followed in most of the changes in this commit. There are a few exceptions though\n  which are captured in the following bullets.\n\n* In `AdminOpsGuide/dbrepl.rst`, the duplication was because of a lot of sections having the\n  title `Qualifiers`. I noticed that the `Qualifiers` section header was immediately followed\n  by a list of the qualifiers each with their own section header. So the `Qualifiers` section\n  header seemed redundant to me and so I removed all of the `Qualifiers` sections in this file.\n  But that meant replacing all the subsection headers (which start with a `^^^^` line to instead\n  use the `~~~~` pattern to keep Sphinx happy since the subsections under `Qualifiers` are now\n  one section level up with the reorganization.\n\n  There were duplicated in spite of the above change. Those were because the source server and\n  receiver server had similarly named sections. Such section headers were renamed to have the\n  `Source Server` and `Receiver Server` in them that way they automatically become non-duplicates.\n\n  The `-reuse` qualifier was documented twice under the `SI Replication Qualifiers` section.\n  There were slight differences in the two sub-sections. The second `-reuse` sub-section had\n  a url pointer to the `mupip replic -editinstance -show` command so this was picked up and\n  incorporated into the first sub-section and the second sub-section was then removed.\n\n* In `ProgGuide/utility.rst`, there were a lot of utility routines each of which ended up having\n  sections titled `Utility Labels`, `Output Variables`, etc. And this caused the duplication.\n\n  While investigating that, I realized that the `Prompts` section under `%HO` was not coded as\n  a section header but instead just a bolded text (using `**` instead of `~~~` lines).\n\n  That meant it won't be seen as a section at all by Sphinx and so there won't be any duplication\n  issues.\n\n  That seemed the right approach for all the utility routines to me (not just `%HO`) since each\n  of those subsections were small and focused on that specific utility. So there is no need to\n  have a higher level pointer to each of those subsections.\n\n  Turns out this is how things were before commit d07e4db. There is no indication there of why\n  each utility routine got 4 new subsections added so I reverted them to how they were before d07e4db.\n\nFuturistic changes\n------------------\n* Now that all existing issues in YDBDoc have been taken care of, we needed to add checks to\n  ensure no such issues silently creep up in the project over time.
