Currently there is no image pyramid support when creating new CZIs
When writing larger CZI files using pylibCZIrw no pyramid is created right now. Only the full-resolution level is created.
When opening such images in ZEN the user first has to create a pyramid (manual interaction) because otherwise it is not possible to view the image in ZEN.
Ideally we would either have an extension to libczi that can generate pyramids
this could then be part of pylibczi as a separate method
or a separate tool that can be called to generate pyramids (not the preferred solution)

It is an open question if the pyramid creation must be done directly during"writing a CZi" or if this can be an additional step.
It is accepted that it takes some time to generate pyramids during creation.
