Remove pagination arrow selections and add Load More button styles

When using Load More in place of pagination, it seems confusing to see the Arrow and Chevron selectors for default pagination. Also, when Load More is toggled on, a button is added with no options to adjust the appearance.

It would be useful to have style options appear in place of the pagination arrows. You should be able to style the button just like default buttons. Adding a new style option to include an icon that indicates load more, like a refresh icon or an infinity icon.

Adding these options would provide more flexible designs to users.
