I seem to be getting an error related to IP address when setting up

I cannot seem to set up in homebridge and error seems to be related to an incorrect IP address (i x'd out the actual ip address). I've quadruple checked and the ip address is correct. I installed alternate plug in and everything is on the same network. But I can't get homebridge-bond set up in homekit.

Any ideas what could be going on?
