As a guardian I would like to be able to adjust the number of pictogram slots in the sentence bar for a citizen.

It should be possible for a guardian to limit the length of a citizens sentence bar at the bottom, to help them make simpler sentences. The limit should go up to 5.

A citizen setting that adjusts the amount of pictograms that can be added to a sentence.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Static length, which could be confusing to the citizen.
