Why is ForwardRampLogger for dead wheels only? #392

Observed Behavior

The documentation says that ForwardRampLogger is only for dead wheels, and the code has a require() to enforce this. Why? It seems like the forward velocity can be appropriately measured with drive encoders.

If this is indeed a legitimate requirement, then what is the appropriate way to calculate kS with these configurations? The documentation provides no direction.

The instructions could be more clear, but the angular ramp logger is intended to calculate kS without dead wheels.
