Since we do not accept comments within the rule file, I'm highlighting this note to avoid forgetting it.

In the "ARIA required accessible names" proposed rule, we should include the following information when addressing boundary/verbose/miscellaneous examples:

Inapplicable Example 5

This button element has an [explicit semantic role][] of none. Although the [Presentational Roles Conflict Resolution][] requires the author to provide an [accessible name][], the [explicit semantic role][] does not require an [accessible name][] for this rule.
