Implement a method to change Rn.Config to an appropriate value

Currently, the Rhodonite allocates a large amount of memory at the beginning, but the majority of it is often not actually used. In order to reduce waste, we need a method that takes the value of the imported gltf JSON as input and changes Rn.Config to the appropriate value. This method should be done after the gltf2 importer etc. and before the model converter.
