[Feature] Fusion reactor quest

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When trying to create antimatter I always had either power or polonium as bottleneck. A fusion reactor would solve the power problem, but I only thought of this when I already had 1 antimatter :/

Adding a quest for the fusion reactor would solve the problem

Additional context
The mekanism multiblocks are currently almost all added already to ch 5, this would be a great place to also add fusion reactors
