This happens if you should happen to see Relaunch dialog (due to open timeout).

This is fixed by #6889

I actually think this is fixed by #7049. The only way I can tell to hit this error:

LiveDevelopment._onInterstitalPageLoad(): No server active

is if we open then rapidly close live preview.

Closing. There is not a reproducible recipe. Anyone who hits this please re-open (hopefully with a recipe).
