使用场景：
创建了3个子vc， 如果登录，允许切换到第二个，如果没有登录，不允许切换

例如
tabbar的
-(BOOL)tabBarController:(UITabBarController *)tabBarController shouldSelectViewController:(UIViewController *)viewController
的使用

目前没有这个功能。
可以换一种方式，比如没有登录显示空白页面，或者登录提示
