Install fails "Solving environment: failed"

The .yml is not quite ok.

conda env create -f environment.yml quits with

"ResolvePackageNotFound"

maybe the solution is under
ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues#9480

Hm, right... I guess I got my environment working about 18 months ago and really have not touched it much since. It's possible some of these builds have gone away. I bet we can make another environment file which relaxes the specific builds.

IIRC the only tricky bit was VTK, hence the clinicalgraphics conda channel.
