Submission metadata edition UI/UX refactor proposals

Issue

The ontology submission edition page is an important page, and is the first barrier for the users, the problems are:

• There is confusion for users on the difference between the terms "Ontology" and "Submission" with separated forms
• There are a lot of fields to fill on the Submission edition page
• The code (JS) used old and needs to be updated to our new paradigm (rails 7)
• The buttons add and edit submission are hard to see/find

The Goal

Making the creating and editing of ontology simple and fast

Changes todo

• Hide for UI users how we manage the ontology versions with submissions, and the difference between them.
• Have a unique and simplified ontology metadata edition, containing only the essential fields that can't be extracted automatically.
• Revise the metadata fields available on the new "New submission" page ontoportal-lirmm/bioportal_web_ui#220
• Update and simplify the submission workflows (creation, edition, curation, deletion) ontoportal-lirmm/bioportal_web_ui#161
• Renforce our metadata extraction process #340
• Try to Redesign the submission edit page, to make finding and editing the metadata field easier.
• Add an example value for each property
• Select a vocabulary in AgroPortal to populate values of the hasDomain property #331
