Allow piping in data streams

Remove convenience methods

These are generally not very good and should be removed. The only exception is sepia, which is simple.

Remove custom `autoOrient()`

GraphicsMagick now supports -auto-orient. See: https://github.com/aheckmann/gm/tree/auto-orient

Remove custom `thumb()`

Remove preprocessor

Was only used for autoOrient()

Maybe:

`identify()` should parse all frames
