Juicer changes chromosome names

We are trying to view a juicer .hic file on our UCSC assembly hub, however juicer has modified the names of our reference sequences (capitalized and removed "chr") such hat they are incompatible with the existing reference. Is there a way to fix this or modify the behavior of juicer on the front end?
