[PyPy] Cannot open input file 'libpq.lib' #687

When I have tried to install aiopg for pypy I have got the following error:

/MANIFESTFILE:build\temp.win32-3.6\Release\psycopg\_psycopg.pypy36-pp73-win32.pyd.manifest
    LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'libpq.lib'
    error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\\VC\\BIN\\link.exe'

Are there any plans to fix aiopg on PyPy?
