Don't run connectors CI everytime master is merged

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

We are launching CI for each connector every time a merge is made to master. This is a problem because API quotas don't grow on trees. Which means local development or integration tests are often competing with CI for quota. It's also totally useless to run these more than once a day unless the connector has been updated.
