Add the possibility to respond and play a pre-record message

Hello,
I see an article from Mastodon, of a restaurant which hack a voip phone to rickroll spam call (the article is in french but you may translate it https://www.brasserie-du-slalom.fr/rickroll-des-demarcheurs-telephoniques).
I think it is possible to do the same with your app, if you add the possibility to answer a call and play a sound. It can also be interesting to play per-recorded message.
Do you think it is possible?

Playing a sound recording during a call conversation is restricted: google doc:

Note: You can play back the audio data only to the standard output device. Currently, that is the mobile device speaker or a Bluetooth headset. You cannot play sound files in the conversation audio during a call.

If that were allowed, scammers would use AI to generate calls with masked voice.
